Who We Are

Late B.Sc. Engineer Abdus Shakoor & his eldest child Gold Medalist B.Arch. Mohd. Shafiul Quader started the journey with 7 people all together among which noteworthies are Late Engr. Aminur Rahman, Matiur Rahman Kamal, Mesbah-Ul-Kabir.

Moto of Design Associates is to assist its patron to achieve the proper transformation of his ideas. As a consultant it’s our duty to ensure the fulfillment of our client’s aspiration, not only in a pragmatic, feasible & rational manner but also to accommodate his very own thought process, knowledge & know-how.

History

In 1987 the company started Real State Development and successfully accomplished 8 residential apartment building at various location of Dhaka including Dhanmondi, Banani, Gulshan, Lalmatia, Elephant Road, Sankar, Luxmibazar. In the year of 1991 the company has started a new trend of building their own designed project with few of the top entrepreneurs of the country includes: Nitol Group of Industries, Evience Group, Bangladesh Army, Apex Group, Ahad Cement Factory Ltd. & some private individual.

1976 - Establishment of the Firm
1982 - 30 Storied 2nd Annex Building for Bangladesh Bank at Motijheel, Dhaka
1987 - Real State Development Started
1991 - Turnkey Development For Private Entrepreneur
2000 - 12-Storied 30 Nos, Residential Building for Bangladesh Steel & Engineer Corporation

Asif A. S. Quader - Director

Arch. Asif Ahmed Shafiqul Quader the son of Mohd. Shafiul Quader has joined in the firm as a director of the firm since 2006.
